At Ensemble , we're continuing to grow and are looking for experienced Healthcare Architects to join our team in Argentina . This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex hospital and healthcare facility projects for international clients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the globe.
? Work Location
- Candidates must reside in Buenos Aires or Córdoba (required).
- Hybrid work model (3x2): three remote workdays and two in-office days per week.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of proven experience working on Healthcare projects , including hospitals, medical centers, clinics, or ambulatory care facilities.
- Advanced English (spoken and written). Language skills will be assessed during the interview process.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit .
- Strong understanding of BIM methodology and industry best practices.
- Experience developing architectural documentation from schematic design through construction documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. Building Codes and architectural standards.
- Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and AutoCAD .
- Experience collaborating with international clients, consultants, and integral project teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid passport and/or work visa for international travel is a plus (not required).
? Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows.
- Coordinate and manage architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce high-quality architectural documentation from concept design through construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors across multiple disciplines.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Participate in coordination meetings and clash detection/resolution processes.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, technical documentation, and other project deliverables.
- Support Project Managers and team leaders in achieving project goals, schedules, and quality standards.
