About Role In this role, you will handle strategic visual communications across our four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level. You will be responsible for transforming business objectives and customer insights into compelling, effective, and impactful creative work. The position requires the customer-focused development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, digital, video, websites, and social media assets.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, as well as our designers and writers, to craft the visual and verbal expression of our brand.

Key Requirements A minimum of 3-6 years of experience as an Art Director, either at a creative agency or in-house,



working across digital, print, experiential, branding, and video mediums.

Fluent in English and fully capable of presenting in English.

Must provide a portfolio of exceptional work that demonstrates skills and experience; this must include B2B or financial services experience.

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in design, art direction, or a comparable field with an emphasis on foundational design principles and visual problem-solving.

Expertise in using the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Must maintain a high degree of craft and attention to detail in all creative work.

Desired Skills

Prior experience in financial services is considered a plus.

Exceptional typography skills with an understanding of visual hierarchies and the know-how to establish harmonious visual systems.

Knowledge across multiple communication vehicles, including web, print, corporate ID, systems-based design, guidelines, and environmental design.

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

A demonstrated passion for storytelling and the potential for typography, motion, copy, and imagery to visualize a brand in compelling ways.
