Automation Test Engineer (Python/Selenium) – 100% Remote

Location - Argentina

12 Months plus contract

Start date – Immediately We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Selenium using Python, Functional Testing, and AI Testing. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks while ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web applications and AI-powered solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python.

Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.

Validate AI/ML applications by testing model outputs, accuracy, performance, and reliability.

Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure software quality.





Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Execute API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.

Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver using Python.

Solid knowledge of Functional Testing methodologies.

Experience with AI Testing or Machine Learning application validation.

Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks.

Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Experience with SQL and database validation.

Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
