We are currently seeking an

Automation Specialist, Process and Quality to join our team, driving the design and delivery of end-to-end automations that enhance efficiency, control, and customer experience across Operations and Business Services.

- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automations that improve speed, quality, and control across processes.

- Leverage a combination of AI, RPA, and workflow/orchestration tools to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

- Enhance user experience and process efficiency using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

- Ensure high standards through governance, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automations.

What will help you succeed in this role:

- Experience delivering automation end-to-end (from requirements through deployment and support).

- Hands-on experience with tools such as UiPath, n8n,



and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development, using prompts to accelerate prototyping and solution design.

- Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills, including exception handling and control design.

- Ability to document solutions clearly and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
