CLAIMS HANDLER

We are looking for a graduated lawyer with interest in Insurance law and knowledge of civil and/or commercial law, eager to learn and grow professionally.

This role is located at our headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This position has an international scope and offers clear opportunities for growth and impact on the business.

Responsibilities:

● Handle claims against diverse opponents for various types of cargo worldwide.

● Analyze the factual elements of a specific case.

● Maintain clients informed and provide updates on the status of claims.

● Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties

Requirements:

●

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

●

Fluent or Native English (oral and written mandatory).

●

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●

Attention to detail.

This position requires people who are results-oriented, dynamic, proactive,



with experience in collaborative organizational culture, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
