About The Role

Build the community around cascrow from the ground up. AI agent developers, crypto builders, early users. You will be the first person they talk to and the reason they stick around.

What you will do

- Grow cascrow's presence in AI agent and crypto Discord servers and Telegram groups

- Answer questions, collect feedback, and flag product issues from community channels

- Write announcements, weekly updates, and run AMA sessions

- Find the most active community members and turn them into advocates

- Track growth, engagement, and sentiment and report back weekly

What we are looking for

- Fluent in English, written and spoken

- Already active in at least one AI or crypto community on Discord, Telegram, or X

- Organized enough to manage multiple channels at once

- Experience working with AI tools like Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT

- Experience working with MS Office

- Genuine interest in AI agents or decentralized finance

Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have, not required.

- you already have a following or network in the space
- experience running X Spaces, AMAs, or online community events
- basic graphic design or short-form video skills for social content

- German is a plus
