ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Event Specialist to support the execution of tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, and brand awareness initiatives. This role requires a strong mix of project management, event coordination, and operational discipline, with a focus on ensuring seamless execution across multiple events and stakeholders.

You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a key role in keeping event operations organized, on time, and within scope. Your work will ensure that all event-related deliverables, logistics, and communications are properly managed to maintain execution excellence and support overall marketing goals.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in marketing events, tradeshows, or sponsorships
- Proven experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
- Advanced English level (C1+)



with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Portfolio of projects demonstrating hands-on event coordination experience (required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Planning & Execution

- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and sponsorships
