ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to serve as a subject‑matter expert across Quote-to-Cash processes — from quoting and pricing through contract execution, amendments, and renewals. You will work across CPQ and CLM platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing and revenue systems. The role is adecuado for a hands‑on expert in complex SaaS or marketplace deal environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO





- Act as a subject‑matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), CPQ, and upstream Quote-to-Cash processes;
- Support and optimize commercial workflows, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract generation, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations;
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Operations teams to ensure scalable and compliant contract processes;
- Manage and improve deal desk governance, approval workflows, delegation frameworks, and operational controls;
- Validate contract, pricing, and order data to support troubleshooting, reporting, and downstream operational accuracy;
- Ensure contractual terms and commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition systems;
- Analyze and document business processes, identify operational gaps, and recommend scalable improvements;
