Who You Are

You are a Tech Lead level full stack engineer with deep experience across modern front-end and back-end architectures. You set technical direction, raise the engineering bar through best practices, design patterns, and code reviews, and turn complex problems into scalable, high-availability systems. You are comfortable influencing across teams, shaping architecture , and communicating technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

- Architect, design, and deliver high-quality code, defining and promoting engineering best practices.
- Act as a strong technical influencer on trends and standards across multiple areas.
- Deliver and present solutions for large initiatives spanning multiple verticals.
- Design and build scalable, high-availability, high-performance products across front-end and back-end architectures.




- Shape broad architecture and ship multiple large services, complex libraries, or major infrastructure.
- Identify strategic technology growth opportunities that help the business grow.
- Lead cross-team efforts and projects spanning multiple domains and business units.
- Contribute to the team's technology roadmap and vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring

- 7+ years of software development experience building commercial applications with modern software engineering principles and practices.
- Front-end: production experience with Vue or React.
- Back-end: production experience with Node.js (Express, Fastify, or another Node web server).
- Databases: strong PostgreSQL experience (relational design and optimization).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud and modern architecture: AWS, serverless, event-driven architecture, microservices, micro frontend, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Track record of building stability, performance, and scalability across business-critical systems.
- Clear grasp of the relationship between complexity and cost, with a record of long-term strategies that lower it.
- Command of the full SDLC: coding standards, design patterns, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Advanced English (C1), strong written and spoken; role is embedded with a US team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Ruby on Rails.
- Terraform (infrastructure as code).
- Oracle database.
