Beeflow is entering a critical stage of growth. We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on, technology-driven and entrepreneurial Head of Finance & Strategy to help us reach sustainable profitability, strengthen our operating model and build the systems required to scale globally.

The role combines Finance, FP&A; and business performance, strategic initiatives and investors, fundraising and Board support.

You will work closely with the CEO, COO and Country Managers, helping drive profitability, improve financial and operating performance, and support key business decisions. This is not a traditional corporate finance role, you will be expected to build financial models, understand field operations, challenge country plans, automate reporting, develop commercial tools and prepare investor materials.

The role reports directly to the CEO and is part of Beeflow's Leadership Team. You will lead a lean structure, including a Finance Analyst and external advisors, and should be comfortable being a hands-on builder,



not just a manager.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Business Performance

- Own Beeflow’s budget, rolling forecast and long-term financial plan, ensuring clear visibility into performance, cash flow and profitability.
- Lead business performance reviews with the CEO, COO and Country Managers, identifying risks and driving corrective actions.
- Analyze performance across countries, customers, crops and projects to improve financial accountability and decision-making.
- Lead a lean finance structure and oversee core financial operations and reporting.

Profitability & Capital Allocation

- Drive Beeflow’s path to sustainable profitability by identifying opportunities to improve margins, operating leverage and working capital.
