As a Healthcare Professional - Engagement Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients within the health services sector through complex risk and compliance challenges. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your expertise to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our clients, enhancing their operational efficiency and compliance standards.
This role is client-facing, allowing you to build and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, driving impactful outcomes. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards.
Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities Managing team member assignments, operational metrics, and service level agreements while providing guidance and oversight
Confirming compliance with regulatory and company standards while driving operational excellence
Supporting the effective coordination of all engagement across any of the assigned functional teams, including HCP Onboarding, Engagement Ambassadorship, Contracting, Invoicing and Payments and Transparency Reporting
Guiding teams in the strategic planning of engagements
Utilizing skills in contractual risk monitoring and mitigation to enhance client engagements
Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address compliance challenges
Developing and overseeing the implementation of data security protocols to protect sensitive information
Confirming data integrity and security within compliance frameworks
Identifying opportunities for optimizing processes and improving client outcomes What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or pharmaceutical industry support
Prior experience managing a team or leading operational processes
Understanding of HCP compliance requirements (FMV, Sunshine Act, etc.)
Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Life Sciences, Business, or related field
Familiarity with systems used across the HCP lifecycle (e.g., onboarding/CRM platforms such as Reltio or iHub; CLM; ERP/procurement and AP)
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, implement controls, and deliver against SLAs in high-volume environments
Data-driven mindset with comfort presenting metrics and insights to leadership
Demonstrating expertise in contractual risk mitigation and monitoring
Excelling in contract review and writing for healthcare clients
Utilizing data security practices in health services environments
Leading teams with a focus on coaching and training
Managing client support within advisory and managed services
Applying discretion and business ethics in client interactions
Embracing intellectual curiosity and teamwork in project execution
Understand the importance of have a correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
