You’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for technical and non-technical roles, while ensuring our people operations are efficient, effective, and engaging for all employees. What You’ll Achieve





- Recruitment
- Employer Branding: Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract talent that aligns with our culture and mission.
- Offer & Onboarding Support: Prepare offer letters and facilitate a seamless transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.

- People Operations

- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeed.
- Employee Experience: Support engagement initiatives and employee programs to promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- HR Administration: Manage employee records, maintain HRIS updates, and process employee lifecycle updates.
- Compliance: Act as our local expert on labor laws and regulations to ensure our policies reflect best practices and legal requirements.
