As a Bilingual Server – DUBAI, you will be responsible for attending to guests in the dining area, taking orders, recommending dishes and beverages, and ensuring an excellent experience throughout the service.

You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, and ensuring tables are always clean and well set. You will also handle payments, answer questions about the menu, and provide service in both Spanish and English, maintaining clear and professional communication. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Quito, with the possibility of international relocation associated with projects in Dubai.

Requirements

- At least 6 months of experience in similar positions
- Customer service and floor service skills,



with a focus on hospitality, a warm approach, and issue resolution.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously in both languages.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering; training in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, and in dynamic environments, maintaining order and good organization.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site, with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability to relocate to Dubai.
