We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing projects in the CX domain,



with a focus on supporting both scope-based and time-and-material (T&M;) engagements.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments.
- Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M;) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
- Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues.
- Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
