Video Content Producer (Remote) - Scripting, Editing & Coordination

Video Content Producer (Scripting, Editing & Coordination)We are a fast-growing criminal defense law firm seeking a Video Content Producer to take ownership of our video content—from concept to final edit.This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for ensuring that all recording sessions are properly planned, organized, and executed efficiently.

- - Plan and organize weekly video content (topics, formats, and ideas)

- Develop hooks and talking points prior to filming

- Coordinate recording sessions so attorneys are prepared and ready to film

- Edit short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

- Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos

- Repurpose long-form recordings into multiple short-form clips

- Continuously improve content quality, structure, and performance

Requirements

What We7re Looking For

- - Experience in video editing and content creation

- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and viewer retention

- Ability to manage projects from concept through execution

- Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented

- Strong English communication skills

Bonus

- - Experience working with founders, attorneys, or personal brands

- Experience creating short-form or social-first content

- Familiarity with high-trust industries (legal,



finance, etc.)
