Role Description The Rental Sales and Customer Service Representative is an Hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, CABA. This position focuses on supporting rental operations, including presenting available units, answering inquiries from prospective and current tenants, and guiding clients through the application and leasing process.

The representative will coordinate listings and basic advertising details, assist with online payment questions, and help ensure quick turnaround of rental units. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing tenant communications,



maintaining accurate records in internal systems, collaborating with property management and sales teams, and providing clear, respectful customer service to residents and investors.

Qualifications

- Customer service and client-facing skills, including the ability to handle inquiries, explain rental terms clearly, and resolve issues professionally.
- Sales and negotiation abilities related to presenting rental options, supporting leasing decisions, and following up with prospects.
- Administrative and organizational skills, such as managing documentation, updating property records, and coordinating appointments.
- Comfort with online platforms and basic technology used for listings, reporting, and tenant payment support.
- Responding to Zillow inquiries and following up with potential renters.
- Keeping accurate records of property visits and leased units.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is mandatory since you will treat with USA clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Buenos Aires, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to a fast-paced rental environment.
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or a related customer service field is beneficial but is not a most-have.
