Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Research Operations Associate for a full-time position (40 hours per week)

Requirements

- 1–2 years supporting UX teams, cross-functional programs, or coordinating research participants/panels.

- Experience coordinating, scheduling, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Understanding of or interest in UX Research and Design Thinking.

Experience recruiting participants, preferably for UX research. Calendar management and scheduling tools.

- Online collaboration tools.

- Experience with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics or equivalent).

Strong

Agile/Jira experience.
