Role Description The Senior Designer role is a full-time remote position focused on creating high-impact visual and digital assets that support technical marketing initiatives. This role designs and refines brand identities, marketing collateral, and campaign visuals for clients in aerospace, defense, AR/VR, and advanced computing.

Day-to-day work includes developing concepts, producing layouts, and preparing assets for web, social, presentations, and digital campaigns, while ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines.

The Senior

Designer collaborates closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and technical stakeholders to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.



This position also involves providing design direction, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to process improvements across projects.

Qualifications

- 5 years of experience (minimum required).
- Experience in team leadership / team management.
- Strong skills in visual and graphic design, including composition, typography, color, and branding.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar design software).
- Experience designing for digital channels such as websites, social media, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Ability to interpret technical concepts and transform them into clear, compelling visual content.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration and documentation.
- Track record of working in a remote, cross-functional team environment with consistent delivery on deadlines.
- Experience in B2B or technical marketing for sectors such as aerospace, defense, AR/VR, or advanced computing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing senior-level design work and strategic thinking across multiple media types.
