Towers & developments 01 — The house An opening date that doesn't move. A millimeter that isn't forgiven. These are the projects we've made since 1979. A family business, 47 years of craft. Donner was founded in 1979, out of the craft of an Italian family in Buenos Aires, and nearly half a century on it remains in the family's hands.

The craft hasn't changed: wood is understood by working it. What changed is the scale. A project brings together materials that rarely share a supplier: wood, aluminum, iron, glass, upholstery. Donner answers for them all, from its 2.600 m² facility in Buenos Aires.

A Donner architect follows every project from plan to installation. We don't interpret what the studio draws: we build it. How we work 47 Years of craft +2.800 Projects delivered +50 Brands equipped 9 Countries reached 02 — What we do From a display case to an entire tower.

We fit out the entire project in wood —furniture, paneling and floors—, made in our own facility and installed by our own team. Each one to its brand's standard. 01 Retail and commercial spaces A brand's complete store, built to its manual: display cases, counters, paneling and floor. From a single boutique to the whole network.

Smart Finish UV 03 — Wood floors The floor you pass on. The floor is the most used part of a space, and the first to give it away. That's why it's chosen as a whole —wood, system and finish—: to withstand traffic and time, and be renewed with a sanding rather than a replacement.

Solid

Hardwood through its full thickness, in a single piece.

Sanded and renewed up to four times; it lasts generations. Engineered A hardwood layer over a high-density phenolic multi-ply core.

Sanded and renewed up to three times.

More stable than a solid of the same dimensions and proportions.

71.5% planted, renewable wood. The finish Smart Finish UV™, developed in-house. A coating we developed with nanotechnology and apply to the floor in-house.

It arrives finished: it withstands the traffic of a hotel or a store, and adds no drying days to the opening. When the project calls for it, the floor is delivered unfinished, to be completed on site. WearWithstands the heavy traffic of a hotel or store without losing its finish.

UV protectionSlows the darkening of wood caused by sunlight.

Museo de los Niños Abasto 06 — Two cases A network sustained and a piece that never existed. Two projects, two proofs: that the standard holds at scale, and that what doesn't exist gets built. International network Lacoste Twenty-five years.

Over a hundred and fifty stores. Seven countries. 25years +150stores 7countries Donner has been an approved international supplier to Lacoste for twenty-five years. In that time it has built and installed the fit-out of more than a hundred and fifty of its stores, across Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Panama, the Dominican Republic and Guatemala.

More than a hundred and fifty stores aren't one big project repeated: they are a format that is built, replicated and held to the same standard in Santiago, Lima and Panama City. No international brand renews a supplier for a quarter of a century if it lets them down.

Development

Facebook 150 acoustic doors. At the height of the pandemic. 150doors 2021delivered With factories closed and the team working remotely, Facebook commissioned the acoustic doors for its Buenos Aires offices. The specifications came from headquarters in the United States, and no standard system met them: the doors had to be solid —mass is what stops sound—, yet a large-format solid leaf eventually warps, and a warped door no longer seals.

In Argentina, Donner devised its own way of building the leaf to keep it stable over time. When the pandemic delayed local tooling, the logistics were redesigned and the dies were made abroad.

All one hundred and fifty doors were delivered on schedule. 07 — How we work One project, one team accountable.

Five stages, from the on-site survey to final installation, under a single coordination. 01 Site survey The space is measured on site and the brand's manual is studied. Nothing is produced from a drawing without checking it first. 02 Engineering Cutting list, production drawings and prototype. The tricky joints are solved before the first board is cut. 03 Production Cutting, machining, edge-banding and assembly, in-house.

Every piece is checked, one by one. 04 Finishing Every piece is finished and checked in-house. It ships ready to install, with no rework on site. 05 Installation Logistics, installation and final adjustment, with our own team. The project is handed over ready to open.

The facility 2,600 m² of our own facility. Panel saw, CNC machining center, edge-bander and UV finishing booth. Controlling production from start to finish is what lets us absorb the unexpected without moving the date, and deliver the thirtieth store to the same standard as the first.

That same capacity —an in-house facility and a consolidated supplier network— lets us produce the fit-out of an entire store network in series, without giving up the finish of a one-off piece. Arrange a visit to the facility Serial production Your product. Our plant.

Some companies have a product but not the plant to make it.

That is where the production is ours: we develop it, standardize it and manufacture it in series —with the same finish on the first unit and the thousandth—, ready to sell under their own packaging and brand. A broad machine fleet widens what can be produced; a UV lacquer line over twenty-five meters long holds an even finish that few plants match at scale. Outsourced productionA company brings the product; the manufacturing is ours.

In seriesStandardized and consistent across batches, in volume.

Under their brandDelivered with the client's packaging and brand. 08 — Reach We produce in Buenos Aires. We install across the Americas. We manufacture in Buenos Aires and install on site, with our own team.

Facility & offices in Buenos Aires Projects delivered in Every shipment travels with its foreign-trade paperwork —customs clearance, packing list—, and installation is carried out by our own team at destination. 09 — Contact Let's talk about your project.
