About The Role

Shape how cascrow looks and feels. You will work with an existing dark copper design system and push it further across landing pages, dashboard flows, and mobile screens.

What you will do

- Create and iterate on Figma designs for new and existing screens

- Improve the onboarding flow, empty states, and mobile responsiveness

- Maintain and extend the cascrow design system

- Work closely with developers to hand off specs that are actually usable

What we are looking for

- Fluent in English, written and spoken

- Proficient in Figma

- Strong eye for dark-mode and minimal UI

- Experience working with AI tools like Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT

- Experience working with MS Office

- Portfolio with UI work, ideally dashboards or fintech/crypto products

Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have, not required.

- basic understanding of React or Tailwind
- experience designing for mobile (iOS or Android patterns)

- familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

- German is a plus
