About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Manager & Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while providing executive support to the Country Director. This role combines office management, front desk responsibilities, and executive assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Work Model
This is a 100% on-site position based in our local office.
Daily on-site presence is required to ensure effective office operations and direct support to the Country Director.





Key Responsibilities

Office Management
Oversee daily office operations.
Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, courier services, and vendors.
Manage office supplies and operational purchases.
Coordinate meeting rooms and office logistics.
Support internal meetings and events.

Reception & Visitor Management
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
Manage calls, mail, and visitor access.
Provide a professional and welcoming experience.

Executive Support
Manage the Country Director's calendar.
Coordinate domestic and international travel.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Support strategic projects and maintain confidentiality.

Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support.
Maintain records and documentation.
Partner with HR, Finance, and Facilities.
Drive process improvements.
