About The Role: Block Labs is building an organization where data and AI are core to how decisions are made and executed. We are hiring a Chief Data & AI Officer (CDAO) to own the company’s intelligence layer — spanning data foundations, decision systems, experimentation,



and AI-driven execution. This is an executive role with accountability for how information is captured, validated, and translated into action across the business.

The CDAO ensures that leadership operates on consistent, decision-ready signals and that AI systems are deployed as reliable, production-grade infrastructure.
