About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The idóneo candidate has a strong background in structural engineering design and analysis, with the ability to independently solve engineering problems and perform hand calculations. This is an engineering-focused role—not a drafting or modeling position.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- Experience in structural analysis and engineering design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform engineering hand calculations and validate software results.
- Experience designing one or more of the following structural systems:
- Steel structures
- Reinforced concrete structures
- Wood structures
- Experience using one or more structural analysis and design software packages, such as:
- STAAD
- ETABS
- RAM Structural System
- RISA




- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with additional structural engineering software is a plus.

Important Note

This position is primarily focused on structural engineering design and analysis. While experience with Revit and AutoCAD is beneficial, candidates whose primary experience is limited to drafting or BIM modeling without structural engineering analysis and design experience will not be a good fit for this role.

Pay: $11,972.00 - $19,455.00 per hour
