We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join an AI-native SaaS company building a next-generation Revenue Operations platform deeply integrated with HubSpot. This role is adecuado for someone who embraces AI-assisted development and enjoys building secure, scalable applications while maintaining high engineering standards.

As part of a fast-paced engineering team, you'll leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring code quality, security, and long-term maintainability. You'll work across the full technology stack, including backend infrastructure, frontend applications, third-party integrations, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Utilize Claude Code (or comparable AI-assisted development tools) as part of the daily software development workflow.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure Supabase backend services, including:
- Row-Level Security (RLS) policies
- Edge Functions
- Database security and performance optimization
- Environment and deployment management
- Build and maintain HubSpot integrations, including:
- OAuth authentication
- Webhooks
- CRM extensions and custom cards
- API integrations
- Marketplace compliance
- Extend and maintain AI-generated React applications built with Lovable or similar AI development platforms.
- Develop and maintain Stripe billing functionality, including subscriptions, trials, and usage-based billing.
- Troubleshoot production issues using monitoring and analytics platforms such as Sentry and PostHog.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and QA processes.
- Manage development tasks through ClickUp and accurately track work using Hubstaff.
- Review AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, performance, and code quality.
- Identify and resolve authentication issues,



performance bottlenecks, database inefficiencies, and other edge cases.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong experience with:
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- React
- PostgreSQL
- Hands-on production experience with Supabase, including:
- Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Edge Functions
- Database administration and security
- Experience building or maintaining HubSpot applications or advanced HubSpot API integrations.
- Experience using Claude Code or comparable AI-assisted coding platforms as part of the development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Lovable or similar AI-powered application builders.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL security, roles, permissions, and database best practices.
- Excellent understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and secure software development practices.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with overlapping U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating Stripe payment and subscription systems.
- Experience with LangGraph or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with Sentry and PostHog.
- Experience presenting technical metrics and engineering performance to cross-functional or executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in AI-first software development environments.
