Gilson Housing Partners is a U.S.-based company that develops software solutions and operational platforms for Public Housing Authorities across the United States.

We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join our Software Development team. Professional experience with Flutter is required for this position. You will collaborate closely with our Python/Django development team to build and improve internal applications that support our daily operations.

About the Role

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern, responsive applications while working closely with our Python/Django backend developers. You will integrate user interfaces with REST APIs and contribute to building scalable, high-quality software. This position requires previous hands-on experience developing applications with Flutter.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive applications using Flutter.
- Build clean, reusable, and maintainable front-end components.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs.
- Collaborate closely with the Python/Django development team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and usability.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes.
- Work with GitHub and Jira.

Requirements

- Professional experience with Flutter is required.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.




- Basic understanding of Python and Django architecture.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Python and Django.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience publishing or maintaining Flutter applications.
- Experience optimizing application performance across multiple platforms.

Compensation

$10–$12 USD per hour, depending on experience and technical skills.
