Skyline Media
Buenos Aires
Full time. Remote. Your only job, no other full time work. Fluent English, spoken and written. Live 9 to 6 Pacific, Monday to Friday. Non negotiable. $1,500 to $2,000 / month depending on experience.
Dear sharp marketer,
If you've spent the last few weeks scrolling through an endless feed of soul-crushing job posts...
Nearly nodding off at the hundredth "highly motivated, detail oriented professional to join our dynamic, fast-paced team... blah blah blah"...
And what you actually want is to work shoulder to shoulder with a performance marketer who's moved real money, on ads that don't look like ads...
Then this is the most important job post you'll read this year. Here's why.
I run Skyline Media, and I'm hiring one person to run operations alongside me. Not just anyone, no.
I want the operator who makes a fast-moving agency feel calm. Who keeps five clients, three partners and a film crew all moving without a single ball hitting the floor. Who can open a Meta ad account and tell in a minute whether the numbers are real or whether a partner is blowing smoke. Who's as comfortable mining reviews and competitor ads for a campaign as they are keeping the trains running.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
A little about us
Skyline Media is a boutique performance marketing agency. We run growth for high ticket brands: paid media across Google, Meta and Amazon, plus email, SEO, and the creative that feeds it. Most agencies stop at managing ad accounts. We build the ads too, documentary style video that looks like real life instead of advertising, engineered to sell.
It works. More than $149M in revenue for the brands we work with, thousands of campaigns, 95% client retention. We're small, senior, and fast. No bloat, no dead weight, nobody coasting.
What about you?
A few very different people apply for a role like this.
The one who looks perfect on paper and freezes the second something goes sideways.
The order-taker who does exactly what's asked and not an inch more.
The one who loves to talk "strategy" but has never been inside an ad account in their life.
And then, rarely, the operator who quietly runs everything, thinks two steps ahead of you, and makes the whole business run smoother from the day they walk in.
I'm hiring that last one.
Before you get too excited
This is not easy, and it's not entry level. You've done real marketing work before, a couple of years of it, and you can point to exactly what you did and what came of it.
And it's your only job. Not one of three you're quietly juggling. I run live all day and I need you right there with me on Pacific hours, on Slack, ready to jump on a call the moment I need you. If you're stacking this on another full time role, we're not a fit and it will fall apart fast. Please don't apply.
Still here? Good. If you've been stuck as a task-taker somewhere that never taught you anything, this is the room to actually level up. You'd be coming in early while this is still being built, with room to grow that a big agency would never hand you. I run performance marketing for real brands and I'll teach you how it works. When someone's good, I keep them and give them a long runway.
What you'd do
Run the client side. I run marketing for a growing ecommerce brand with a web of outside partners across paid media, email, SEO and video. You keep all of them moving, nobody waiting on a reply, their work reviewed before it reaches me, and calls covered on the days I can't make them.
Run the production side. We shoot dozens of ads on location in a single go. You keep it organized behind the scenes: editors through revisions, tracking sheets clean, roles posted on Breezy, talent and crew knowing where to be and what's due.
Feed the creative. I write the scripts and direct. You mine reviews and competitor ads for angles, turn my direction into briefs the editors can run with, and keep the pipeline moving. You won't write the scripts, that part is mine, but you'll know the craft well enough to make the machine hum.
And keep every project visible, prioritized, and dead on track.
When I ask where something stands, you already have the answer.
Who you are
You don't wait to be told. You spot the thing that needs doing and it's handled. You make the call and tell me after. You bring me only what truly needs me.
You're organized to a fault. Mess bothers you and you can't rest until it's fixed.
You actually understand paid media. Meta, Google, Bing, with a real grip on SEO and email. You've lived inside the accounts, not just read about them.
You're curious about why ads work, not just what looks pretty. You can go down into the unglamorous research, reviews, competitor ads, the exact words real customers use, and come back with something we can actually use. Direct-response instincts, not just good taste.
Your English is fluent, spoken and written. You can write a clean, clear email and hold your own on a call with an outside partner, with me nowhere in the room.
You use AI tools every day and lean on them hard. Drafting vendor emails, summarizing calls, digging through research, cleaning up spreadsheets. If you've figured out how to make AI carry the grunt work so you can move three times faster, that's exactly the edge I'm looking for.
And you bring good energy. I want someone glad to be here, not someone I have to drag along.
If you've worked inside an agency before, that's a real plus.
Will it be boring? Not a chance.
One day you're chasing an editor to hit a cut. The next you're pressing a paid media partner on why their ROAS slipped three weeks running. The day after you're mapping a shoot with thirty ads to track. It never stops, and you'll be learning the whole way.
How to apply
Hit apply, send your resume, and answer the questions honestly and in specifics. Not "I'm a passionate, results-driven professional." That goes straight in the bin. Give me the real answers, or don't apply, because I'll know.
If your application stands out, the process is a short video question, a call, and a short paid task. We'll walk you through each step.
P.S. If your gut just said "this is me," send it now. I interview as applications come in and I move fast. This won't sit open long.
