Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Functional Consultant Dynamics Business Central based in Pilar.
The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and designing functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The consultant will configure and customize modules, participate in implementations and upgrades, and support users through training, testing, and post-go-live assistance.
Daily tasks include collaborating with technical teams, preparing functional documentation, troubleshooting functional issues,



and ensuring that delivered solutions align with client objectives and best practices.
The role also requires close communication with stakeholders to prioritize requests, improve workflows, and contribute to continuous optimization of ERP processes.
Qualifications
Ability to apply strong analytical skills to understand business processes, identify gaps, and define functional requirements.
Experience in business planning and business analysis to support ERP implementations and optimization initiatives.
Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, document solutions clearly, and deliver training to end users.
Customer service orientation to provide responsive support, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or operations processes relevant to ERP configuration.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a structured way.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Intermediate or higher level of English is a plus, especially for documentation and collaboration on off-shore projects.
