General Requirements
Understand the importance of having correct information management.
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
Correct Information Security Management.
Required
5+ years in M365-based technical roles (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot)
Multi-project and stakeholder/vendor management (legal/financial preferred)
Tier 3 support and incident management
Automation and low/no-code solutions
M365 architecture basics (connectors, permissions, Dataverse)
Copilot and AI tools knowledge
Advanced English
Nice to Have
ITIL environments and operational reporting
PMP or CAPM certification
Advanced French
