You'll assist with the execution and delivery of projects across all sectors, supporting our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
Part of your role will also involve developing experience across a range of different type of engagements, including pre-deal (e.g., operational, and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking).

In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.Strong written and verbal English proficiency, given the role's collaboration with integral teams.Ideally, you will havePrevious experience in an IT mergers or acquisitions transactions role.Experience gained within another large professional services organization.A completed graduate degree (Master's, Maestría, or equivalent) in business, IT, analytics, finance, engineering, computer science, or another relevant field.
