This is a highly field-oriented position requiring frequent travel and regular on-site inspections throughout the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Support the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of gateway sites across the assigned region, including site surveys to assess technical, operational, regulatory, and infrastructure suitability.

Manage regional RFP processes, including requirements development, bidder coordination, proposal evaluation, and support for contract negotiations.
Conduct vendor due diligence and support the qualification, shortlisting, and selection of hosting and infrastructure partners.
Manage zoning, planning, environmental, construction, and other permitting activities, representing the company in discussions with municipalities, regulators, and utilities.

Oversee gateway infrastructure implementation from contract award through completion and handover to the internal delivery team.
Coordinate project schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple sites and vendors.
Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual, technical, quality, safety, and schedule requirements, including frequent site inspections to verify progress and workmanship.
Identify implementation risks and delays early, and lead the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
Provide regular, accurate project reporting to management and cross-functional teams.
Maintain complete and properly organized project documentation, including permits, acceptance records, and handover packages.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent field required; advanced degree or professional licensure preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in project management related to infrastructure or industrial facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in infrastructure development, telecommunications, satellite communications, data centers, utilities, construction, or a related technical field.
Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.
Practical experience with site acquisition, site surveys, permitting, vendor selection, and construction or infrastructure implementation.
Experience managing competitive procurement or RFP processes.
Strong understanding of project planning, risk management,

contract administration, and vendor management.
Ability to engage effectively with local authorities, utilities, property owners, engineering firms, and construction contractors.
Strong commercial judgment, including the ability to assess vendor capability, financial strength, and delivery risk.
Ability to work independently across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
