What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of 8-20 Central Monitoring professionals
Drive study-level risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring strategies
Partner with sponsors, Clinical Team Leads, and Project Managers
Leverage analytics and centralized monitoring tools to improve trial quality and efficiency
Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
10+ years of clinical research experience
Experience in Central Monitoring, RBM, or clinical monitoring oversight
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations
Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Passion for mentoring teams and driving strategic impact
