Insurance Industry - Manager en Seguros (Inglés Avanzado)
Accenture Argentina – transformation & consulting for insurance clients.
Responsibilities
Lead full phases of transformation programs (design, implementation, deployment) for insurance clients in areas such as claims modernization, underwriting optimization, distribution/digital channel expansion, customer experience and platform implementation.
Manage project delivery: setting up work plans, budgets, milestones, resource allocations; ensuring quality, timeliness, risk/issue management.
Be primary client interlocutor for senior stakeholders; articulate value, manage expectations, secure buy-in across business & IT leadership.
Shape the strategy dimension: help define operating models, technology roadmaps, digital vision; identify value‐creation levers.
Mentor, coach, and manage a team of consultants/analysts: supporting their development, reviewing outputs, ensuring consistent high‐quality delivery.
Contribute to business development: help scope proposals, pricing strategy, prepare thought leadership/case studies, respond to RFPs.
Drive innovation within the practice: bring in emerging technologies, tools, accelerators; leverage best practices; ensure solutions are future‐proof, scalable, secure.
Qualifications
At least ***** years of relevant experience in consulting or the insurance industry, with multiple full‐lifecycle transformation programs.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's desirable.
Deep domain expertise across the insurance value chain: underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution,



customer service, product, reinsurance.
Experience leading end‐to‐end transformation programs (business, tech, operations) in Life / P&C; / Specialty / Health lines.
Strong tools & tech skills: advanced Excel/PowerPoint, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), familiarity with data analytics or machine learning tools a plus.
Proven experience with technology modernization: cloud adoption, core system replacement, automation, etc.
English Advanced (mandatory).
