Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.Main ResponsibilitiesResolve complex application incidents and problems requiring SAP system customizing, database, application code, and/or operational modifications within defined SLAs,



coordinating with ERP Application support teams, Key Users, and third-party providersPerform in-depth root-cause analysis and develop permanent fixes, managing SAP OSS messages and transport orders as neededServe as first interface for change requests from Treasury Key Users, analyzing requests and flagging those that deviate from approved Treasury Core Model specificationsSupport functional analysis of evolutions, updating specifications and performing tests, working together with ABAP teams on forms, layouts, reports, and enhancementsPrepare and present position papers for Design Authority approval, and perform end-user training and documentation when neededContribute as Solution Expert to Business Value Projects, being responsible for solution deliverablesWork transversally with different teams, creating and following up on requests to ABAP and ERP AMS teamsManage post-refresh activities on maintenance track and support Application Disaster Recovery exercisesAbout YouExperience: 5-10 years of hands‐on experience with SAP Finance and Treasury modules (FSCM, IHC, BCM, BAM, CM, BPC, TRM) and S/4HANA, with proven track record in SAP projects within an international environmentTechnical skills: In-depth knowledge of Treasury processes and banking systems and the implication into SAP customizing ,



strong proficiency in MS Office suite, experience in writing functional/technical specifications (RICEFW), solid background in application support and ticketing tools (Service Now) , familiarity with SAP ABAP programming (desirable)Soft skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong customer orientation and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, adaptability to changing priorities and deadlinesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; SAP FI/Treasury and S/4HANA certifications preferred; Treasury certification is a plusLanguages: Fluent in English; any additional language is a plusWhy choose us?
