Job Description The Sr Specialist within Operational Enablement & Effectiveness (OEE) / MAP has experience in clinical operations and is responsible for the development of data analysis and visualizations in support of user needs across Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) across our portfolio, studies & processes within Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO).
Primary ResponsibilitiesCreating analytical tools to answer critical business questions for GCTOManaging project timelines to enable accurate reporting and functionality during SDLCManaging diverse projects and processes within GCTO/OEE TeamsChampion data quality, integrity, and reliability by designing and promoting best practicesLead business requirement sessions with BAs and stakeholdersCoordinate with IT/vendor on business requirements for new or enhancement reporting needs to support GCTO reportingTest and deploy new capabilities using BI applicationsCreate new visualizations to enable informed business decisions on strategy and executionVendor relationship management ensuring business requirements are clearly articulated and executedProvide BI training to BA/stakeholders to foster increased understanding and utilization of the information providedPresent complex data to non-technical end-users in a clear and concise mannerDesign and develop rigorous data analyses and comprehensive data tools for internal stakeholdersDevelop a deep understanding of the current state of available data sources and data tools; be able to determine enhancements needed based on OEE's roadmapSupport business use cases based on existing Data & Analytics (D&A;) products and link usage to business outcomesEducation RequirementsBS (or higher) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information SystemsRequired Experience & Skills4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI)
