The Regional Director is the senior business leader for an assigned region, responsible for driving advisor and business performance, supporting growth, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client and advisor experience.
This role sits at the center of our advisory organization - partnering closely with Advisory Leadership, other Regional Directors, and cross-functional teams - to translate firm strategy into execution, develop advisor talent, and scale best practices across the region.
This is a highly visible leadership role with P&L; ownership, direct accountability for advisor outcomes, and significant influence on how we continue to grow and evolve as a firm.What You'll DoAdvisor Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of Managing Directors and Financial AdvisorsDrive advisor effectiveness, accountability, and performance across your regionSupport onboarding and integration of new advisors and partner firmsProvide ongoing coaching tied to behaviors that drive growth and client outcomesBusiness Growth & PerformanceOwn regional P&L; and deliver on revenue and growth targetsDevelop and execute organic growth strategies aligned to firm objectivesMonitor KPIs and performance metrics; identify trends and implement adjustmentsPartner with advisors to support business development and client acquisition effortsPractice & Operational ExcellenceEnsure consistent adoption of Savant's advisory playbook, processes, and toolsFacilitate best practice sharing across teams and regionsWork closely with internal partners (Marketing, Investment Research, Tax & Consulting) to enhance the client experienceSupport advisor training, development programs, and regional eventsTalent & Organizational LeadershipBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline in partnership with Talent AcquisitionHire, develop, and retain high-performing advisor talentDrive team capacity planning, staffing strategy, and succession planningChampion Savant's culture, values, and leadership expectationsChange LeadershipLead through growth and change,
including acquisition integration and organizational evolutionEffectively communicate and implement new initiatives, programs, and strategic prioritiesServe as a trusted partner to advisors and leaders navigating changeA Few Important Notes About This RoleLocation: This role can be based in the Central or Western U.S., with flexibility to work from any state where Savant currently has an office or established team presence.
You may view our locations here: required to support regional teams, advisor engagement, and firm initiativesTravel cadence will vary, but will normally be around 50% of the time, with some periods of heavier travelQualificationsThe Regional Director role typically requires the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional designation (CFP® or similar) preferred10+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services5+ years in a leadership role with accountability for revenue or business performanceDemonstrated experience leading advisor teams and driving growth outcomesStrong understanding of advisor business models, practice management, and client experienceExperience working within a multi-location or highly distributed organizationWhat Success Looks LikeAdvisors in your region are growing, engaged, and operating at a high level of consistencyStrong alignment between firm strategy and advisor executionMeasurable improvements in client retention, growth, and advisor productivityA culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementThe PerksAt Savant,

The expected base salary range for this role is $220,000 - $225,000 with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location.
