You will own the systems ARQ relies on as it grows, partnering with founders and cross-functional teams.Bring a founder's mindset with hands-on chops to build from scratch, strong analytical skills, and outstanding written communication to collaborate across the org.
Expect a 3-4 day in-office week in a fast-moving fintech.
