At Ensemble, we're growing our architecture and construction team, and we want to connect with professionals like you for upcoming opportunities.About the roleJob Captains lead the implementation of BIM processes across architectural projects — from developing BIM execution plans and standards, to coordinating models with architects, engineers, and consultants, to running quality control and clash detection.
You'll be the link between the design team and the BIM team.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong command of Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and BIM 360Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (LOD, COBie, IFC)Experience with U.S. building codesAdvanced English — you'll coordinate directly with U.S.-based teamsStrong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer:Salary in USDReimbursement for medical coverage and internet serviceReimbursement for English classesGrowth opportunities within a young, growing firmHybrid modality: 3 days from home, 2 days at the office in Córdoba (Cerro de las Rosas)We'd love to hear from you!
