About the role
This role will lead and develop recruiting teams across LATAM within a integral organization. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to propose and adapt TA processes to a variety of regional needs.

What we're looking for

10–15 years of experience, with a managerial background.
Proven experience in TA or HR leadership roles managing multi-country teams.
Strong track record influencing and managing stakeholders across regions.
Experience in high-demand recruiting environments.

Bilingual English required.
