About The Role At Arco, we're looking for a commercially driven Territory Account Manager with an excellent growth mindset to play a pivotal role in our continued success in the South East, developing our existing portfolio, and winning new accounts along the South Coast of England.
As our Territory Account Manager, you’ll behave like a business owner and have the freedom and accountability to shape your territory strategy — increasing our share of wallet through deeper product and category penetration, identifying new opportunities and winning customers from the competition.
You’ll build a strong, sustainable pipeline, develop relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations and use a value-based approach to deliver solutions that genuinely make a difference. The role is targeting profitable growth, longer-term customer value and winning the right business – it is not about chasing transactional volume.
