Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Dev Ops Migration Consultant to support application migration programs on IBM Z. This role focuses on migration from competitive source-code management and Dev Ops tooling to IBM solutions such as DBB, Git, IDz, and IDD / Dev Ops Deploy.
The role requires hands-on migration delivery, conversion analysis, troubleshooting, and client-facing support in complex z/OS environments.



Key Responsibilities Lead and support migration projects from CA Endevor and other source-code management platforms to IBM DBB, Git, IDz, and IBM Dev Ops Deploy / IDD.
Analyze, convert, and validate existing Endevor-based applications and development flows. Install, configure, and troubleshoot IBM Dev Ops migration tools in customer environments. Support build, branching, repository, and pipeline transition activities in IBM Z Dev Ops environments.
Prepare and deliver customer training sessions and technical presentations related to Dev Ops migration and IBM tooling. Mandatory Skills And Experience Strong z/OS / IBM Z mainframe background with application development, system programming, or software change management experience.
