About The Role
A US-based company in the home services industry is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness, increase qualified lead generation, and support long-term business growth.
This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple channels while measuring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The adecuado candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a proven track record of generating measurable marketing results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and related channels
Generate and improve qualified lead acquisition efforts
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key metrics
Analyze marketing data and identify areas for optimization
Coordinate content creation and marketing communication initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support company growth objectives
Research and implement new opportunities for customer acquisition and brand visibility
Requirements
Previous experience in marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing




Demonstrated ability to produce measurable marketing results
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, SEO, and email marketing
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2)
Resume submitted in English with English level clearly stated
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively
Comfortable attending the office in Belgrano R once per week
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with home services, construction, or service-based businesses
Experience managing marketing budgets
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Portfolio, case studies, or documented campaign results
