An opportunity is available for a Clinical Research Associate II to support the successful delivery of clinical research studies through site management and monitoring activities. This home-based role involves overseeing clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements, supporting patient recruitment efforts, and maintaining high standards of data quality and site performance. The position offers opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and involvement in integral clinical research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site selection, site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical trial documentation.
- Support the development and execution of participant recruitment strategies.
- Deliver protocol and study-specific training to assigned research sites.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with investigators and site staff.
- Monitor site performance and ensure compliance with study protocols,
Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate quality or compliance issues as appropriate.
- Track regulatory submissions, participant recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution.
- Monitor study progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful study delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or other scientific discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of on-site clinical monitoring experience.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Working knowledge of clinical research regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
