What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues
Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance
Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options
Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records
Adhere to all safety and compliance standards—because you know what you’re doing
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and workspace
Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when needed
