- You are proficient in vLLM, SQL, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Reliability engineering, Python, PySpark, Observability, Monitoring, LangChain, Lambda architecture.
- You have +3 years experience in Generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI).
- English - Fully fluent

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ML Engineer – GenAI to join a cutting-edge AI initiative focused on enterprise search, retrieval systems, and agentic AI solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale AI products that leverage LLMs, data agents, and cloud-native infrastructure.





Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise search and information retrieval systems across structured and unstructured data.
- Develop AI agents and intelligent workflows powered by LLMs and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Build and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines for search indexing, retrieval, ranking, and agent orchestration.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, Architects, and Data Engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Implement scalable MLOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, governance, observability, and model lifecycle management.
- Optimize search relevance, retrieval quality, latency, reliability, and responsible AI guardrails in production environments.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in Machine Learning, Search, Information R
