The
Commercial Coordinator
is the operational backbone of the commercial team, serving as the key link between the sales function and internal support teams.



This role combines commercial operations, data management, process coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Collections.

The Commercial Coordinator ensures that commercial processes run smoothly, information flows efficiently across teams, and the sales organization has the tools, visibility, and support needed to operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Commercial Team Manager.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for customer meetings and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate team schedules, monitor action items, and ensure follow-up on key commitments.
- Maintain and update the commercial database, ensuring quality of information.
- Produce and distribute regular performance reports.
