As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your role will involve evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state or business solution. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support these activities. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and translate them into clear requirements.

Support the team by identifying patterns and trends that influence business process improvements.

Contribute to the development and refinement of business solutions by providing insightful analysis and recommendations.





Engage in continuous learning to deepen expertise in treasury management and related business processes.

Assist in validating solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
