Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executive leaders.

This role is critical to ensuring effective time management, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and strong internal and external communications.
The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison across departments, executive leadership,



and external stakeholders while supporting communication initiatives and outreach efforts to important audiences.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports jointly to two senior executive leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and organizational gatherings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up action tracking.
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, coordination of executive schedules, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Conduct research and manage special projects as assigned.
Assist with the preparation, assembly, and distribution of board and leadership meeting materials.
