The Treasury Core Model (TCM) project was launched in 2017 as part of Sanofi's Finance transformation program, redesigning 40+ unique Treasury processes (local and central) supported by S/4HANA Treasury solution.

As part of our multi-tiered support model, you'll provide Level 3 support,



focusing on managing complex incidents and implementing solution enhancements for countries where the system is already live.

Main Responsibilities Resolve complex application incidents and problems requiring SAP system customizing, database, application code, and/or operational modifications within defined SLAs, coordinating with ERP Application support teams, Key Users, and third-party providers Perform in-depth root-cause analysis and develop permanent fixes, managing SAP OSS messages and transport orders as needed
