Job Duties
Under general supervision, coordinates and monitors transportation services to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods and materials.

Maintains regular communication with transportation providers, internal customers, and operational teams to support logistics requirements and ensure service quality.

Reviews and controls transportation documentation, freight costs, invoices, and service compliance in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.

Updates operational reports, transportation metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Identifies service deviations, delivery issues,



and operational risks, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective actions and resolve problems.

Utilizes SAP and other logistics systems to manage transportation transactions, shipment tracking, reporting, and operational controls.

Supports cost control initiatives and assists in validating freight charges and related logistics expenses.

Contributes to the optimization of logistics processes, service performance, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (mandatory).

Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, supply chain, or related operational environments.
