Summary of the Role and Team
As an Instructional Multimedia Designer, you will join Varicent's Education team within Customer Success, a team of 13 professionals focused on helping customers, partners, and employees build capability and confidence with Varicent products and programs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Education Strategy & Development, you will create multimedia experiences that bring learning content to life.

Working closely with Technical Education Developers (Instructional Designers), you will transform complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visual experiences that improve learner comprehension, retention, and product adoption.
